Sheraton Greensboro

The location of hotel was just minutes from our friend's home. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel had many amenities that we didn't use or have time to enjoy.

Location and cleanliness of room

I love staying at Greensboro Sheraton. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nice. The people are friendly. Parking is plentiful and I didn’t have and worries about my car being broken in. It was just a great stay.

The staff was friendly, especially the night manager, Mrs. Scott. I had to utilize the safe and she was accommodating and friendly. You made me feel at home.

The staff was exceptional and so friendly and helpful. Brandon and Nyla at the front desk were so kind and patient with me even though it was very busy when we were checking in. Kim from security greeted me every time i walked by and was so helpful and kind and the bell hop who helped us was so friendly too. I didn’t get his name but he had dreads and he was working Friday night November 18th around 10pm and he was great too. everyone I encountered was an absolute angel and I have never felt so compelled to leave a good review as I did leaving this hotel.
