The staff was exceptional and so friendly and helpful. Brandon and Nyla at the front desk were so kind and patient with me even though it was very busy when we were checking in. Kim from security greeted me every time i walked by and was so helpful and kind and the bell hop who helped us was so friendly too. I didn’t get his name but he had dreads and he was working Friday night November 18th around 10pm and he was great too. everyone I encountered was an absolute angel and I have never felt so compelled to leave a good review as I did leaving this hotel.

I had a blowout on my front tire on the interstate. I limped to the hotel and found out my spare was low on air. The young man who was at the door named Abel called maintenance and Matt came and inflated my spare tire. I was able to get to the nearest tire store and get a new tire. I’m so thankful for all the help!

I love staying at Greensboro Sheraton. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nice. The people are friendly. Parking is plentiful and I didn’t have and worries about my car being broken in. It was just a great stay.

The location of hotel was just minutes from our friend's home. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel had many amenities that we didn't use or have time to enjoy.
